Our main focus is on building products that our customers love. A lot of companies have complicated refund policies – ours is designed to be fair and simple. We want our customers to be happy.
If you’re not happy with Rewind, contact us and we’ll take care of you.
Examples of Refunds We’ll Grant
You paid for next month, but wanted to cancel. Contact us and we’ll refund your last payment.
You tried Rewind, but it didn’t work for you. We’ll either fix the issue, or refund your last payment.
You installed Rewind a couple of months ago, and forgot to cancel your billing. We’ll refund your payments for those few months.
Our Shopify store copy app Replay didn’t copy everything. Contact us and we’ll resolve the issue, or refund the amount you were charged.
If Rewind is unable to charge your credit card the backup service on your cloud services may be paused. If you don’t pay us for a few months, we’ll contact you to work it out. If we don’t hear back from you, then we’ll cancel your account and delete your data.
